Beautiful and large bastide of 200 m2 with its private swimming pool in the middle of a large fenced and wooded park with 8 real beds in 4 bedrooms.

In the north of Vaucluse, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this beautiful renovated country house will offer you peace and comfort to spend excellent holidays throughout the year.
Located in the countryside on a dead end, just 2 km from the city center of Valréas and 300 m from a food store, this is a detached house of 200 m2 in the middle of a large fenced and wooded land with a private unheated swimming pool of 9m by 5m with diving board and a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2 m, open from May 1 to October 1.
It consists of:

On the ground floor
A large unheated veranda of 25 m2.
A fully equipped kitchen.
A large living-dining room with 2 sofas, a large screen TV (107 cm), a DVD player, internet access.
A toilet.
A bathroom with washing machine.
A bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200.
A freezer and an additional refrigerator are at your disposal in the garage attached to the house.

On the 1st floor
A bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200.
One bedroom with two 90 x 200 twin beds.
The two bedrooms open onto a balcony and a terrace with summer lounge.
A bathroom with WC.

2nd floor
A dovecote with two twin beds of 90 x 200.
A television.

Outside
A stone barbecue on the terrace adjoining the veranda.
A swimming pool available only to tenants with shower, relax, benches, swing, garden furniture and shaded corners.
A toilet.
A large fully fenced park to ensure your tranquility and possibly that of your animals.
4 bikes are at your disposal free of charge.
You can park your vehicles safely inside the property.


Terms of payment and reservations
The prices displayed are negotiable in the case of direct contact before booking
For early bookings (more than 6 months in advance) and of at least one week, we grant a reduction of 5% on the displayed price
The first 3 weeks of August are not affected by this device.
For long stays (more than a week) we also apply discounts (100 € for 2 weeks).

From June to September and for school holidays, we prefer to rent by the week.
The rest of the year we can also rent for short stays (2 nights minimum).
The deposit is 25% of the rent to be paid on booking.
The deposit is 1000 €.


Optional options
Sheets: 15 € per bed.
Towels: € 5 per person.
End-of-stay cleaning: € 120 (if the option is not chosen, the house must be left on your departure, in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival).

Valréas is located at:
1h from Avignon and Valence, 1 / 2h from vaison la romaine, Mont Ventoux or Ardèche, 40mn from Montélimar and orange, 5mn from Grignan, 15mn from Nyons.
