Ideal for families and large groups of up to 18 people looking for an unforgettable stay among incredible views surrounded by the scenery of the Alps.
Located in one of the most fascinating and comfortable corners of Valtournenche, from where numerous walks branch off towards spectacular panoramic points just a stone's throw from the center, reachable both by road and by a path in the woods. Three minutes by car from the Cime Bianche cable car with a direct connection to Cervinia-Zermatt. It’s a dream awakening for those who love authentic mountain atmospheres and large spaces with a fireplace, panoramic terraces, hydromassage spa tub and chromotherapy, garage, ski room with boot warmers, garden, large windows and breathtaking views of the majestic Valtournenche valley. Just like every crystal of snow, Chalet Seventy One is unique, a building dating back to 1971, and was completely renovated in 2019. The project has given a new face to the structure and the interiors have been completely redesigned to give life to a modern holiday structure arranged on 4 spacious and sumptuous floors of 100 sqm each.

Reachable only by stairs, the entrance floor to the the Floor 1 is dedicated to the open-plan living area with a large living room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, and an exit onto the terrace (equipped in the summer). The terrace holds a breathtaking view over the valley, separated by a spacious dining room and an American-style fitted kitchen with two dishwashers, a microwave, two Nespresso machines, an oven, and a large two-door fridge with an ice maker.
The upper floors, Floor 2 and 3, allow you to relax in total privacy and offer. On the floor 2 are two double bedrooms (queen beds), both with en suite bathrooms with showers, and two twin bedrooms (single beds) with a full bathroom with shower. On the floor 3 are a double bedroom (queen bed) and a twin bedroom with two single beds and one full bathroom with shower.
The ground floor offers an independent appartment up to 6 people in total privacy compared to the other floors, with a second kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, and a large fridge. The large living room has an exit to the terrace with a fantastic whirlpool spa tub with chromotherapy. There is also a double bedroom (queen bed) and a bedroom perfect for children with two bunk beds and a complete bathroom with a large shower and bathtub.
The ground floor also offers a laundry room with a dryer, a large ski room and a coat room with boot warmers.
