Hang out on the gravel bar that offers great swimming with minimal current that’s great for kids. The river is only a few steps way and we also have a great seating area down stairs with fire pit. Just 3 minutes from Van Buren and 5 minutes from Big Springs National Park. House is just 1/2 mile down stream from TheLanding .

Cold water. Nails all over the deck. Water leaking in the laundry room overall poorly built and expensive to stay.
