Clean room, friendly staff, delicious food, and fun activities stood out. It was our honeymoon resort and my wife enjoyed every minute of her stay there. They had the bedding arranged and the food we had at the resort, both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I’m glad they used skilled chefs because at most resorts or hotels, food is terrible. This resort had decent chefs that served proper food.

You get what you pay for. The place is old but comfortable and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Le Champ resort for 3 nights in the end of October and were absolutely enchanted by every aspect of this beautiful destination. As senior travelers first time in Vietnam, we naturally were concerned with many things: how are we going to reach this off the bitten track resort, how to get back to Hanoi without car and so on, as we were looking for comfort, tranquility, and authentic experiences—and Le Champ delivered! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and professionalism trying to foresee every need we might have. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel both pampered and at home. Their genuine smiles and readiness to assist added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We must particularly mention and sincerely thank the office manager Mr. Henry Minh Thien, who took care of us as if we were his long-awaited relatives: he had arranged a bus to Hanoi for us right from the resort, explaining many small details about the surroundings. Our advice to anyone thinking about staying in this wonderful resort is to contact him directly as he speaks fluent English. The culinary experience was wonderful! Dining there was not just eating—it was a cultural journey. Adjacent to the resort is an impressive sports camp that adds a unique and impressive dimension to the stay. We left with desire to return. Wonderful staff, idyllic environment. The complimentary breakfast is certainly nothing special, but it’s nice that it’s available. I quite enjoyed my dinner, and the setting is spectacular.
