The bed was comfortable but with a bit of a squeak on one side. The room wasn’t totally quiet as it faced a busy street and the pool- but certainly manageable. There were a lot of options for breakfast. Accommodation in Vancouver and area is not inexpensive at anytime and given it was not a planned trip - but booked at the last minute it seemed overly expensive.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe and Uncomfortable Crib for Infant I checked in with my infant and was shocked at the condition of the crib provided. The mattress was extremely hard, thin, and uncomfortable — completely unsuitable for a baby. When I asked for alternatives, I was told there were none. This is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises family‑friendly amenities. I ended up checking out within an hour because I couldn’t trust my baby’s safety or comfort here. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with many options and variety for multi-day stays, rooms recently refreshed or renovated, central location for transit, shopping, restaurants and entertainment, complimentary EV charging. Cons: The beds were quite bouncy and one was squeaky so with 2 people in the bed, if one got up or turned over, the other felt or heard it. The air conditioning unit was super loud on startup - like a small plane - enough so to wake us up when it kicked in. The floors had been vacuumed but actually needed a thorough steam or mop cleaning. Overall, a good experience at a reasonable cost (for this market), and when advised of the concerns the manager at the front desk was sincere about addressing them for future. We would stay here again.

This property was absolutely disgusting. I was not impressed with my stay. They were ants in the room upon arrival and underneath the bed skirt was sticky and filthy from something being spilled. I had two young kids and a dog with me. Absolutely unacceptable I am very surprised at the condition, especially at a best Western. Manager was kind and was able to refund right away, but the housekeeping staff obviously aren’t doing their jobs well. Do better.

Never stay there

Buildings are not connected. Hard to find rooms because the numbers make no sense. buildings should be lettered and the numbers on the doors need to be a lot bigger. only one elevator that does not reach all of the buildings.
