Property itself was good, however we had people above us that partied all night and we had to go to the front desk 2 times in the middle of the night to complain. We had no sleep for most of the night and when complained at checkout we’re told there was nothing they could do for us. Very unsatisfactory response to a situation they should have handled for their guests. A refund of some kind would have been at least something for our unfortunate stay at this hotel.

We were placed into a room on the ground floor, 2 doors away from the common area where the table and chairs were. The general public can eat there at breakfast time. Every time someone went to move a chair, the sound on the tile floor went through the vent and into our room. This happened at all hours of the night. We werent the only people to have this happen to as another couple was also talking about it at breakfast. This made for a very long night as the noise kept us up. My suggestion is they need to put either carpet in the common room or make sure the chairs have felt or something on the bottom of the chairs, so when they are pulled out from the table, the noise doesnt travel into the rooms.

The room was sad and a bit shabby in need of wall repair and a paint job as there were dings/peeling paint throughout the walls. The carpet needs to be replaced/cleaned due to staining. The room was clean. It would be nice to have actual cups to warm up water for tea (non-microwaveable cups provided).
