Really liked the location, very convenient to jump to Vancouver and the surrounding area was nice and lively. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. They took our bags while we waited for check-in. However when we checked into our room, there were still dirty plates from the pervious guest outside our door which was kinda gross. The room was big and tidy. The bed was comfy but the curtains need updating. It could be human error too, but the curtains came in two pieces and I found it didn't keep all the light out. There also looked to be a cigarette hole burned at the top, that you could see clearly when u shut the curtains. Overall, a good stay.

Seconds stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth staff were on site even at 2am when our flight was delayed, Beds and pillows were comfortable, room was quiet. This hotel is conveniently located by the seabus terminal, restaurants, coffee shop & shopping. Quay market is just below but can easily walk to other locations.

We had a wonderful time, hotel staff was helpful, we were able to drop our luggage early and explore before check in. There are lots of food options within walking distance.

First off. Parking system is horrible. No instructions about parking and elevator or anything. Hotel staff is rude. Rooms are outdated and dirty . Curtains, hair dryers looked filthy. With terrible drainage system. I don’t know how it’s a four star hotel. It’s just worse than 2 stars. Save yourself some sanity and money and go somewhere else.

We stay here quite often. Most rooms are quiet. The beds are comfortable, the pillows aren't...very lumpy. The bathrooms are beginning to show there age, toilets are very low to the ground, show heads smaller.

Lovely hotel in a great tourist-y area. Close to the sea bus to get back to Vancouver and all the trains. Hotel was clean, staff were incredibly friendly.

Great location with easy parking under Lonsdale Quay. Easy access the The Shipyards and Seabus to Vancouver. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok, not modern or swish but clean and functional.

Booked for precruise stay. Quiet alternative to hotels closer to Canada Place but easy to cross on the 12 minute sea bus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I’d give 5 stars for Harry, Shawn and the view. They are all fabulous! Kids screaming next door at 5:30am was obnoxious, but Shawn handled that quickly, and the parking is way too expensive for hotel guests and you WILL get a ticket inside minutes. My room was a regular room (aside from the View!) but the bed was cozy and the water pressure was fine. Much to do, buy and eat all in walking distance and if the traffic is bad (ALWAYS!) jump on the SeaBus to get to the city or airport!
