Convenient central location

Unit was clean with amazing view. Check in process was efficient and quick. Communication with property manager was very responsive. Watching TV in the livingroom is comfortable after a long day of touring the city. The condo could use some minor fixes such as better interior shower curtain, replace burnt out lightbulb in bathroom, secure toilet paper holder better. Maybe upgrade the signs in the unit so they look cleaner. Neighborhood is centrally located but there are many vagrants running around and could be a little scary for a single female staying there. The noise from the kids in the park, vehicle traffic and the sky train can be heard within the unit so that's a consideration too for your stay. bbathroom

Nice condo with great view

We enjoyed our two-night stay. It was easy to walk to Gastown and Chinatown, and the Skytrain was across the street, so we could go downtown quickly. The unit was very clean, and the view was great. The onsite parking was a little complicated, but it was more of a source of humour than an irritation. I would recommend this unit and host.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect place to stay. Easy walk down to Gastown or Roger’s Arena or a couple of blocks to the Stadium/Chinatown Skytrain Station to go to other areas of Vancouver.The best-stocked bathroom with everything from bath wash to shampoo to other items in the drawers. Plus all the things needed to cook in the kitchen.The hardest part is following the directions to the parking spot but it’s really helpful to have the spot!Super clean and very responsive owner. Thank you!

Excellent location and condo

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in two hours early. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, had a great view, and was conveniently located near shops and downtown. We’ll definitely return!

Concert camping

This was a perfect spot for our stay. Location was super convenient for all of our activities. I was traveling with my two daughters. One was camping out at Rogers Arena for a concert and this was the perfect location for her to come up for restroom and shower breaks. It was directly across the street as was Costco so that was a surprise added bonus. Building security was too notch!

Great Location & Well Stocked Kitchen

Great location! Walking distance from many shops and restaurants, and super short walk to the train station or bus stops. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were a great way to wind down after a day of walking around downtown. We would come back for sure! :)

Very handy for a Vancouver visit

We had traveled for around 24hrs to get here so to find a bath with seemingly unlimited hot water and a very comfortable bed with lovely sheets was wonderful. These things and the great view and proximity of all things Vancouver are the plus sides of this apartment. Re the cleanliness however although things had been wiped over it looked like the cloth wasn’t clean. Also no notice to say the large fridge freezer wasn’t working and I opened it and it didn’t smell fresh. I was about to contact the owner when the saw the additional small fridge freezer which was working but still not very clean. We didn’t have time to use the spa etc but it did look good, although a few more details in the welcome pack would be useful. Apart from this the benefit of the bath/ shower and the bed made it a good stay
