Beautiful one bedroom condo! Stunning view especially at night! Great location with BC Place, Rogers Arena, Costco and T&T across the street and around the corner. Close proximity to everywhere such as Canada Place, Steamed Clock, Science World, Stanley Park etc. Aqua Bus or water taxi right at the doorstep to Granville Island, West End, Yale Town and so on. This condo is like a home and has almost everything you need i.e. even nail clippers. I love this place and had a wonderful time staying here! The only downside is the Sky trains. You don’t hear much when the windows are shut. However, you could still hear them in the morning when they are more frequent during rush hours. Shouldn’t be a problem if you are a morning person, or if you are not a light sleeper. I was out most of the time and it doesn’t really bother me as such. As a matter of fact, I did quite a bit of train watching while enjoying the amazing view!

Dinesh was excellent at answering my questions and responded very quickly. I spent an enjoyable 6 nights here and the apartment was very comfortable and the view stunning since I come from a rural community. I didn't make it to the pool or work out room, but they looked great.It was a great place to enjoy catching up on work.

The bathroom door didn’t fully close 95%of the time. The couch is very hard, so not very do to curl up and veg after a long day exploring. The bedroom tv was very bright, no control over brightness making nighttime viewing impossible. The bedroom tv only had Netflix, which we don’t have, so again, not possible to watch tv. Overall though, for the price not terrible. Jest a few quick fixes that would have made it so much more inviting.

The view is great, there is a closed off sunroom which also muffles the background traffic noise at night while sleeping, lots of storage space, deep tub, access to pool/sauna/ and hot tub. There is also a nice inner courtyard!

Perfect location as we were at Roger’s Arena 2 nights. I thought we had somewhere to leave our bags before our check in time, but there wasn’t. All was well as there is a luggage storage facility across the street. Check in was easy and everything was in great working condition, and what appeared to be a well stocked kitchen (we ate out the entirety of our trip).

20 minute walk to Canada place. Surrounding neighbourhood - we were warned by people to not be out at night as the area is sketchy. Hot tub and pool closed for cleaning. Friends paid similar for much better quality place and location.

We went for the area and it was exactly what we wanted for accessibility. The condo had everything as listed. It was hot the weekend we went and the portable air conditioners were noisy and the windows had to be open to allow hose to reach outside. Because a high traffic area we could hear a lot of traffic. However, we knew it would be busy and usually you would never hear the noise but because of portable conditioners the windows needed to stay opened and it was noisy. Otherwise I would recommend this condo for anyone coming to Vancouver.

Pros: Well stocked kitchen. Property well situated for walking to Gastown, Yaletown, Sports arenas, near Costco, dining options. East-facing nice view on 20th floor requires blinds pulled in early AM summertime so apt doesn't overheat. Comfy bed. Cons: Train noises. Ambulance noises. Old pillows.

You’re walking distance to so many places to eat and easily accessible to major streets to get to other parts of town via car. Place was very clean. It did get loud at night because the windows were open to allow for AC but overall it was a great stay. Great directions from owner

Convenient central location

Unit was clean with amazing view. Check in process was efficient and quick. Communication with property manager was very responsive. Watching TV in the livingroom is comfortable after a long day of touring the city. The condo could use some minor fixes such as better interior shower curtain, replace burnt out lightbulb in bathroom, secure toilet paper holder better. Maybe upgrade the signs in the unit so they look cleaner. Neighborhood is centrally located but there are many vagrants running around and could be a little scary for a single female staying there. The noise from the kids in the park, vehicle traffic and the sky train can be heard within the unit so that's a consideration too for your stay. bbathroom

Nice condo with great view

We enjoyed our two-night stay. It was easy to walk to Gastown and Chinatown, and the Skytrain was across the street, so we could go downtown quickly. The unit was very clean, and the view was great. The onsite parking was a little complicated, but it was more of a source of humour than an irritation. I would recommend this unit and host.
