Paradox Hotel was spectacular. The room is exactly as it shows in the pictures. The views are amazing and the bath tub in the room was a perk after walking and biking throughout the city.

We loved the vibe of the hotel+ the staff was very accommodating.The room was double queen, spacious, well layed out and very comfortable. We had a good view up on 16th floor. The location was worth the extra cost to get around easily, we only had a couple days. Our family had 3, one room with double queen bed was perfect. Would go back again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pardox. All the staff were top-notch and friendly, which is so important and makes all the difference. It is downtown in a very safe area, also important. I did a walking tour that included some of the locations a bit closer to the water (10 minute walk), and frankly, I found several of those locales a bit sketchy. My only real gripe was the room setup. It was a beautiful large room, but most of the outlets were on the opposite side of the room from the two queen beds. They shared a central bedside table. behind which was only one double-outlet, taken up with their bedside lamp and alarm clock. On the lamp itself was a single outlet and two usb-A (yes, A not C) ports. Luckily, I had bought a mini power strip and so we could just get by. But come on Paradox, you're a high-end hotel, and you can literally get a $30 lamp from Amazon that would have had an outlet and 2-3 USB-C ports. It's these little details that matter, and frustrate your guests. It was my husband, myself, and 18 year old daughter. We all have phones and ipads/laptops, so accommodating this very standard setup is a must, it should not be a nice to have. Given how great the staff were, I'm confident when they see this review, they'll make this quick and cheap adjustment.

We absolutely adored our room and the facilities. Everything was magnificent—the view, the food, the spa services and amenities. The furnishings were both modern and elegant. Service was prompt and friendly. My favorite perk was the Neapresso machine in our room…enjoyed it every day of our stay! My son loved the shower (great acoustics) and made me promise we’d come back one day. Quality place, highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely book here again for our next vacation. The location is great too. The hotel acknowledged our VIP status and gave us a free upgrade! The breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. The only thing we didn’t like was one of the electrical sockets was loose so we couldn’t charge (we just unplugged the lamp), and the wifi kept disconnecting/very slow from our room. These flaws didn’t matter with my husband and I though because everything else was perfect
