House is located in Renfrew Heights which is geographically in the center of Greater Vancouver and you can literally be anywhere in about 20-30 minutes.
10 min walk to Broadway Tech Centre, & 5 min drive to Vancouver Film Studios.

- No events (parties, photo-shoots) to take place on the property.
