Riverrock was hosting a hotel/hospitality event between different hotels. Ironically, individuals from other hotels participating wasn’t professional. But, riverrock hotel counter staff wasn’t attentive enough to catch it or immediately correct the issue. Expedia censors the way reviews are written. Otherwise better details was originally written. Would be a surprise if this gets published

Poorly designed, no services, inadequate food service, had to go inside casino for food, kitchen was under staffed and couldn’t seat us on Saturday night, no concierge service available when needed, ‘resort fee’ was only charged after, but there were no extra services for this fee. Parking garage was grungy, no maps of nearby services including running trails or restaurants
