Overall, this place is great. The rooms are premium and super clean. I was upgrades for no cost which was amazing. However this is not a hotel. It’s a condo. There is no front desk and no accessible staff. You can’t easily store your bags if you’re coming or going to explore the surroundings. If you arrive early at all, you and all your bags are locked out in the rain. The check in is too late (4:00) and it is too rigid as you need a code for everything. I ended up in the lobby with another guy who came up from P1 and the two of us were trapped in the tiny lobby area. It’s really for short stays and return visits and locals. The room was a 10 but the overall experience was a 6. If you are ok with the above and looking for premium accommodations in a great neighbourhood, this is for you.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. Spacious, clean. Staff was so helpful. Daily texts to make sure we had everything we needed and all was going well. Fantastic location. Highly recommend Smithe House!

Staff was helpful and responsive. Entry was easy, smooth and safe. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We had some issues with the room that would be easy to improve: no full length mirror, not enough hooks, not enough luggage racks or obvious places to open a suitcase, no storage to unpack for a longer stay. Perhaps the owners could stay for a week and they would notice the small things that would make a huge difference!

Overall good. Minor problems included: Intermittent wifi interruptions. No free Netflix or other tv subscriptions. No included free change of bed sheets for 13 night stay (option to pay 90$ for room servicing). Otherwise great location, clean and modern, nice area, would definitely stay again

Very comfortable and clean stay, truly a home away from home. Staff was very responsive and accommodating for early checkin and late checkout. Gym only has free weights for strength training but they did the job.
