Great price for being right downtown. Rogers arena only a short walk away. Clean and courteous staff. Parkade is horrible unless you have a tiny vehicle but even then it is a very small parkade with minimal spots.

The only unfortunate portion of our stay was parking. By the time we arrived at the YWCA parking lot was full and we had to pay to stay at the Sandman lot 30/night. Everything is easily accessible and within walking distance. Clean and spacious room, though you can hear people coming and leaving from their rooms if you’re a light sleeper. Hotel staff were friendly and uplifting.

It was an amazing experience! The walkability to several major areas was convenient and the facilities and staff were so welcoming. The only sad part was our television wouldn’t connect to the WiFi, not a deal breaker but was a bit sad since we just wanted to relax after getting back to the hotel.

Great stay for visiting the city of Vancouver, easy check-in and check-out process, they have cute wooden engraved key cards and DND sign. Walkable,10 mins walk from Vancouver city center station-convenient if taking the train to and from the airport give 30mins journey time. There is another station nearby on a different line but was not sure what it was called. Very close to BC place and Rogers Arena-right next to it, easy walk to Chinatown and Gastown but would not recommend walking there alone at night. Hotel room was satisfactory- smaller than usual but this is up to preference, stayed in a double queen with private bathroom-would recommend booking with private bathroom. Shower amenities are of good quality (for a hotel) - shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Clean and comfortable bed & pillows. Staff was pleasant upon check-in. They have a vending machine downstairs for snacks and drinks, complimentary coffee in the morning too. There is also a rooftop but was closed for the season. Would stay here again when visiting Vancouver.
