The room and building were clean and tidy. I never had to wait to use the shared bathroom, which was fully stocked and fairly clean between housekeeping endeavors. The kitchens/kitchenettes were functional, clean, and easy to use. Perfect location for games!

Pros: Recently renovated, with more improvements on the way. Clean rooms. Safe lobby and parking deck. Great location for both arenas and walkable to tons of food & drink spots. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was reasonable and located under the building. Cons: the shower water pressure is pretty bad (double the time to get clean) & HVAC was pretty loud (we turned it off to fall asleep)

Room was clean, quiet and private - worth upgrading for the private bathroom, and the small private patio was a surprise. All staff I met were very courteous, and the facilities felt very secure, with extra card-swipes for elevator usage and building access at night. Very walkable area with plenty of solid food options. Good value for the price and exactly what I needed!

Positives, Super confortable beds, nice pillows, everything was nice and clean. Room service was provided every third day which was nice and they gave us extra towels when we asked. The room had a bottle of sparkling water which was nice. The water pressure in the shower is weak. Our fridge didn’t work. The Ac was hard to maneuver I felt we were either too cold or too hot
