Located on the ground floor with direct access from the terrace to the green area and the swimming pools, independent for adults and children. It consists of terrace, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 1.50 m bed and another with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower (includes hairdryer), lobby and equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, vitro, fridge freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, juicer, toaster and utensils). It has a travel cot with a rigid mattress and a baby bathtub. It includes bed linen (even for cot) and towels.
House rules: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed
Not allowed to celebrate parties. Not allowed to light barbecue on the terrace. Use of the pool exclusively by the people staying. All the rules of the Community of Owners will be respected (they will be delivered at the time of arrival, they can also be provided in advance).
