Terrible stay

Pathetic; nothing close to what is described at the site. No English speaking staff. Breakfast included is falsehood. Guest treatment was pathetic.the hotel should be delisted from the website.

Very good location , but service is average

The Location of the hotel is very good . Cabs and Auto are easily accessible. All the major spots are within 2-3 km radius. The service is average . The food delivery time is pathetic . Better to avoid hotel food . Overall Decent place to stay.

Very old building but they kept it very clean considering the age of it, beautiful staff they were all so helpful and friendly they couldn't do enough for us!Beautiful people! Hotel location was also perfect centrally located. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Simple and clean

Staff was very warm and helpful always. Staff st reception fluent in English and extremely accommodating . Requests were promptly attended to by housekeeping . Will definitely recommend . Conveniently located for easy transportation and shopping

Basic budget hotel with hard working staff.

There was still building work happening when we stay, so there were a few rough aspects to the stay: TV broken, no hot water, no window pane in bathroom, lots of noise from buildings. However as soon as we spoke to staff they tried their very best to fix the issues very quickly - swapped the TV box, limited building noise to daylight hours, hot water fixed (still takes some time to heat). Overall, our stay was good due to staff efforts. Note - bring own toilet paper/drinking water - or store opposite.

Only thing to say is don’t stay here, filthy room, uncomfortable and dirty bedding, extremely noisey both for outside of hotel and inside the passage way, no bottled water available and staff basically not interested in helping in anyway

Decent experience

If looking for a clean perfect hotel experience, then go with this hotel and preferably book online to get better rates. Clean room and bathroom and 24 hours reception. Had some issue with hot water during morning. Parking can be done in nearby IP Vijaya mall basement for ~INR 130 per 12 hours. Can walk for a couple minutes and take shared battery autorickshaw / cycle rickshaw to reach Kashi Vishwanath temple

Staff del hotel maleducados. No quisieron acceptar la reserva que hice para este hotel y resultado, me cobraron 10000 INR de mas. Setvicios deplotables: unos cuartos sin agua corriente, tener que banarse con una jarra, pelear para tener papel higienico, ... Que verguenza de hotel. Eramos 11 personas pensando que llegamos a un lugar lindo.....Todo lo contrario.

事前にバラナシの空港まで迎えを頼んでいましたが、いっこうに現れず1時間待ちました。 迎えに来てからもきちんと名前の紙を出してくれておらず、なかなか出会えずに不便な思いをしました。 フロントの対応も感じが良くなく、シャワーのお湯も出ず。安いので仕方ないかもしれませんが、ぜひまた泊まりたいとは思わないホテルでした。
