false advertisement from this hotel about being a five star or even a four star facility. I checked in with my two elderly parents 88 years old, who noticed that every time the flush was used there was water digging from behind the toilet. At 2 AM I rushed to my mother, was about to slip on the floor due to water accumulating on the floor. I mopped the floor personally and initiated a request for repair with the front desk. A gentleman showed up at 3 AM and said he’s taken care of it . Water accumulated by 5 AM. After repeat calls to the management we were given a new room by 11 AM next morning when we walked into the new room be found the shower faucet laying on the floor. The facilities are terrible. And the management even more so. Other than mumbling, I am sorry the management had nothing to offer or say. This hotel does not deserve to charge the amount of money that they are and get away with this poor quality service. The management kept lying and hiding behind each other as to who the real accountable person is.

The overall room quality felt below expectations. For example, the doors don’t close smoothly and make a loud noise, and the bathrooms were not as clean as I would normally expect. The food quality was also disappointing and noticeably below the standards of comparable hotels such as Marriott or Hyatt.

Rooms need an update - they are in process of updating them but to us they initially gave room which floods bathroom and charged extra to upgrade to another room next day. It’s expected that bathroom to not flood Many items in the kitchen menu were not available and food is quite spicy

Simply a horrible hotel. Started off with the Ramada driver pushing me to get out of my car so he could go by. Oh yeah, I did complain about him to the MOD. Unable to get any WiFi in the room - the IT Tech gave me a local WiFi to connect whilst inside the room. The room was very cold - got a filthy "blower" which is a portable heater. Of course it just blowed out all the dirt that was intact. The front office lady had no clue how to help. The room had a sign/poster of free welcome fruits only to find out it's not valid. Excuse me - so why is it in the room? Just a complete nuisance place. Oh yeah, and there is construction happening as well. Stay away.
