The house is situated in the core of the district Varel / Büppel.
Better one could say the village lies at the Basic House and related lands around.
8 km, north is the beautiful spa town of Dangast with the legendary Kurhaus. It has for decades been a popular meeting place for artists. The next largest cities are Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven. Both are easily reached in 20 minutes by car or train.
If you want to move on foot or by bike, so invite nearby forest and bike paths 'doorstep' to a. A pony yard and an outdoor pool are located in the immediate vicinity of the house and can easily be reached by bike or on foot.
In spring you can be enchanted by the sight of the many fruit tree and rhododendron flowers when you open the front door.
