War ein toller Ausblick, die ganze Wohnung und Anlage, die Lage und der Ort. Bis zum Wasser waren es 5min. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, begeistert und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder lg.S.Wellmann

Moderne Wohnung mit schöner Aufteilung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war weitestgehend in Ordnung (in einer Toilette stand noch das restliche Wischwasser, das dort scheinbar ausgekippt aber nicht abgezogen wurde, Boden und Fußleisten hätten sauberer sein können, im Trockner war das Sieb und der Wassertank voll und in der Waschmaschine war das Sieb ebenfalls mit diversen Essensresten verschmutzt). Die Ausstattung der Küchenschubladen könnte etwas mehr sein aber das ist der Ferienwohnungsklassiker. Einziges, echtes Manko an der Wohnung (was sich auch nur bedingt abstellen lässt) ist die Akustik. Durch die hohen Decken im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener Küche und in einem Schlafzimmer hallt der Schall enorm. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen oder spielenden Kindern dort wohnt, ist der Geräuschpegel schon recht hoch. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und trotz der recht dichten Bauweise wohnt man nicht wirklich dicht bei dicht. Die Entfernung (offizieller Schleichweg aus der Anlage) zum Strand ist sehr gut und die Matratzen (ein sehr individuelles Thema) waren nahezu perfekt. Nicht durchgelegen und keine „brettharten“ Matratzen, damit sie schön lange halten. Ein kleines Manko im Schlafzimmer: die Verdunklungsplissees verdunkeln das Schlafzimmer nicht optimal, was im Sommer oder für Kinder, die an Dunkelheit beim Mittagsschlaf gewöhnt sind eher ein Thema ist. Was uns unfassbar positiv aufgefallen ist, ist der Kontakt mit Küstenimmobilien. Es gab leider während des Aufenthaltes einen Heizungsausfall (da steckt leider keiner drin) und die Bemühungen und das Nachfassen seitens Küstenimmobilien Peters war unübertroffen gut. Auch der Wunsch nach kurzfristig hinzu gebuchten Handtuch- und Wäschepakete konnte erfüllt werden (sicherlich keine Aufforderung es so kurzfristig nachzumachen aber es sollte Erwähnung finden 😉).
