Bella Varenna, 2nd floor apartment --entry floor from street dirty, covered in leaves and dirt --elevator floor dirty --no hot water on arrival --no lights in living room/kitchen on arrival --dirty dishes in cupboard --shower drain slow, stood in 2 inches of water --no WIFI info and didn't ever work after repeated phone calls. "wifi no internet" needs new router maybe? --kitchen sink faucet handle very hard to move, needs new cartridge? --information sheets (2 skimpy pages) buried in a binder with 100s of travel brochures, maps, etc. IN GENERAL: the unit is very poorly maintained and managed. would not recommend.

This is a very beautiful location with wonderful lake views. It is very convenient to train and ferry stations and easy walks to restaurants.

This is a clean, tidy and spacious apartment. We had some issues with the internet, they were very quickly retified, and it worked well. There was no TV and we were charged more than one nights accommodation for tax. No one could explain the fee.
