Arranged on three levels, it consists of a living room with bathroom on the ground floor, kitchen and dining room on the first floor and a double bedroom on the second floor. From all the windows of the house and from the terrace on the first floor it is possible to admire the splendid panorama of Lake Como. It is located in the Fiumelatte hamlet in Varenna, two km from the town center. The house can be reached by leaving the car in the private garage on the street below.
