Retaining its old-world charm, but completely renovated and very pleasantly furnished.
The old walls and vaulted ceilings provide excellent soundproofing and tranquillity.
Particularly suitable for family stays.
Ski slopes accessible on foot.
Comprising a beautiful 40 m² living room with old larch parquet flooring and a Scandinavian wood-burning stove, 3 pleasant bedrooms and a separate kitchen with high-quality, fully equipped appliances. A recently refurbished bathroom and shower room, as well as 2 WCs, one of which is separate, complete the high level of comfort offered by this property.
The comprehensive facilities and tasteful décor (antique or rustic furniture) make the living room particularly pleasant and welcoming.
Located above the village of Vars Sainte-Marie, the apartment enjoys excellent exposure and unobstructed views of the Forêt Blanche mountain range in both winter and summer.
