Visited 06/28/2025 - Family Suite on 6th floor. Rooms/Suite we stayed in was very nice and clean as were all common areas (lobbies, waiting areas, breakfast area, and parking deck). Mostly nice and attentive staff. Only two pools were heated (the two 4-feet deep pools). All of the other pools were very cold and NOT heated (kids splash pad, kids 1-foot pool, both lazy rivers, and the adults outdoor pool all were NOT heated), so my 6 and 3 year old kids did not want to use the “kids splash pad nor the 1-foot pool, nor the la y rivers” because of how cold they were. There is NO kids playground on property. The walking areas around the pools were not washed in the mornings as I’ve seen at other hotels and resorts, it was not terrible but it would be a good practice to keep them cleaned up. Overall I’m rating this resort at 3.5 out of 5.

Tried to Check in at advertised time of 4 pm but were continually delayeed. Kept telling us they were “inspecting the room after cleaning” and sent us to the bar to wait where the bartender said it happens daily. After an hour I asked to speak to a manager she did give us an upgraded room. Finally. This was a Monday and not a busy time. Beach was very nice rest of hotel property is average

Perfect for a quick family getaway! The hotel is right on the beach with great ocean views. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pools and lazy river. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Staff were friendly and breakfast was included huge plus. We’d definitely come back for a longer stay!
