nice place and people

Room was not bad, bed was too small for two people. Shower, sink et al. very good and clean. Breakfast was just right. Staff was very friendly and helpful, except for getting our A/C operating. Needed some air circulation, opening the window did not help. No plugs near the head of the bed, surprising for a new or newly refurbished hotel.Otherwise I would have given a five.

Lovely staff

The staff were absolutely lovely, and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The room was a bit small and the price a bit too high, but that's just Switzerland.

New and clean hotel, but missing some basics

Clean modern rooms. The design is simple, and minimalistic. Some minor improvements can be made; rooms don't have minibars, and they don't provide hand lotion. Both of these are very basic amenities that most hotels offer.
