The stylishly furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, divided into a double room and a triple room. The flat has a bright and practical kitchen integrated in the living/dining area, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC.
House Sotmirana / 3rd floor – left / Elevator / Wi-Fi yes / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with bunk bed and single bed / 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub / 1 separate toilet All lakeside apartments at house numbers 4-8 are located in the center of Lenzerheide and feature a south-facing balcony. They are also directly adjacent to the ski slope/cross-country skiing track and in close proximity to the free sports bus and various shopping options. A great starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family. (The same house Sotmirana also houses apartment No. 55)
- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord (Persons over 16 years CHF 4.50 per night /< 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
