Property is good in terms of service + Location+ value for money.
The drawback is the check inn desk. Where unnecessary things r been asked like adhar card of all members and so on that too after a tired travel journey which seems to hell a lot of waiting when compared to other hotels. Infact they were searching for Expedia booking I'd even after online payment confirmation was available with them.
The property is getting old and we can see wear and tear in the rest rooms. Hope they fix it soon.
And the internet is very spotty. Wish the internet connection is better.
A good stay in the hotel, the checkin was smooth and felt professional. A welcome juice and a garland to our surprise ( good gesture)
Clean and friendly staff. We stayed for one night, just off the motorway and easy to spot. Proximity to the City and also felt safe inside the premises.
Good beakfast and had a lot of choices for the ethic and the western palletes.

Rooms were ok but not up to par for the money. Room service horrible. Ordered coffee, but received two cups and no coffee. They had to go back and get it. The second day , ordered two coffees and receive two teas after half hour. By the time we tried to decide if it was tea or coffee that was served, we were fed up and just drank it. When told at checkout, the front desk said since we drank it, they can’t do anything about it. Irresponsible front desk and poor service.
Bathroom was not clean. Room service was not prompt. Hotel location is good

Friendly Staffs, Breakfast was busy, We couldn't get a table and Restaurant Staff cannot provide a table or help us with water and food from the Kitchen as they were overwhelmed. The Bathroom Curtains were really dirty and We had to ask for Bath Rug and Face Towels. Water was flowing in the basement, i had to wade through it for parking. Moved to Radisson for the next 3 days of my stay.

Worn out hotel with Bad Service
Staff didn't seem to care much at all (and incompetent too). Everything was so slow, food orders/ other requests were mixed up whether be it at front desk or in-room service or at restaurant. Both Rooms we booked didn't have towels, had to contact front desk 4 times and finally someone at room service sent out towels when we tried different number.
Bathrooms were dirty, wanted to take photos. Definitely would not stay here considering other hotels in salem.

The property started experiencing wear and tear. I guess, in the beginning it would have been a great hotel. After 8 years, i see that it is hit with wear and tear at all the places. They need to start renovating soon.
Being the business hotel, internet access is excellent -
