House located on the fourth floor overlooking the roofs of Venice, in a central but quiet area. 16 minutes from the railway station and 15 from San Marco. In just 6 minutes you can go shopping in the famous Rialto fish, fruit and vegetable market, where you can taste cicchetti in the classic Venetian baccari.
Fondazione Prada is just around the corner. Ca Pesaro is a bridge and a calle away and in 5 minutes you get to the San Stae stop. It consists of two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, hairdryer and television. Not recommended for elderly and disabled people as stairs can be a problem.
