All was absolutely perfect. Room and bathroom was super clean and it was a great spot to rest after long walks in this beautiful place. Location is in quiet little corner so one is away from tourist noise but still close to everything. A/C worked silently and reliably, bed was very comfortable. Sincere thanks to Sam and Lena for being not only the great hosts but also kind and warm people.

Excellent location with walking distance to popular venues in Venice. Our room is nice and bigger than I thought being in Venice. Elena made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was nice. We had a great time and enjoyed it.

This is the bear B & B I have ever stayed at Elena is warm and friendly, the property is beautiful and inviting. It is a lovely mix of modern, eclectic and traditional. Breakfast was wonderful! We will definitely be back and we’ll tell all of our friends and family!

Great B&B! (but inconsistent cleaning)

The room was small but cozy, and the B&B was in a good location (if you don’t mind being in a pretty touristy area). We stayed there for five days, and on two of those days our room wasn’t cleaned even though we made sure to be out of the room during cleaning ours. We also had trouble getting fresh towels.

Great Location and Very Cozy!

This Bed and Breakfast was very cozy! Excellent location, very clean, and the host was very helpful with providing tips and great breakfast every morning. Breakfast is outside, which was very lovely. Would highly recommend and stay here again!
