Amazing B&B in Venice

Beautiful, clean B&B with an amazing view of the Canal Grande! Short walk to train station and all parts of Venice. Delicious breakfast served on a cart in our room. Provided wonderful recommendations for dinner. The area around the B&B was perfect for our family, with quiet streets, bridges, restaurants but also outside of the busy tourist areas.

We loved this property! The owner was lovely and so welcoming and helpful. It was very cozy and had such a homey feel vs staying in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious and served in your room. It was walkable from the train station too (even with a big suitcase…but be prepared for cobblestones). We would highly recommend!

Lovely stay!

Laura was an excellent host! She provided clear directions on how to get to the B&B and was there to greet us. The room, bathroom, and common areas were very clean. Laura provided a lovely breakfast and delicious coffee, and was very accessible via phone when we had a question. 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Laura!!

Our stay here made Venice the highlight of our Italy trip! Laura and Guido were so kind and helpful, even helping me book a reservation at a tiny popular restaurant months in advance. The provided directions were perfect and the property was easy to find - and Guido gave us a beautiful tour of the building and took the time to explain some of the history. We loved our view of the grand canal and that our windows had screens! If you’ve traveled much in Europe, you’ll understand this is a true luxury. Breakfast each morning was perfect - the chocolate croissants will haunt my dreams. And as if it could be better, Laura and Guido have two affectionate cats that often greet guests - my daughters were so delighted. We also loved staying away from the noisy crowds in the St Marks area - but getting there either by foot or by vaparetto was so easy. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby neighborhoods - it made Venice intimate in a way I hadn’t experienced it before.

Highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, the room was large and comfortable with a stunning view. We had wonderful breakfasts. Yes, there is noise as you're near a vaporetto stop so take earplugs. We would love to return and spend another holiday at this place as soon as possible.

We loved staying here. Laura was so nice to us, nothing was too much for her. From the warm welcome, providing information about Venice to the wonderful breakfast, she was always happy to help. The room was very spacious, on the left there is a day bed to relax and read a book, to the right there is two comfortable chairs with a table to enjoy a cup of tea. The bed is in the centre and was very comfortable. You can also relax in the living room watching the boats pass by on the Grand Canal. It is only a ten minute walk from the train station and water bus stop is right in front.There are lots of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this place. Thanks Laura.

The room was large and had a really nice sized bathroom as well. View from the room was simply amazing, location was convenient, only one street over from the vaporetto station, so easy to get around. Laura and her husband were very helpful in providing the transportation information and local suggestions. We only had breakfast one of the days since we were taking an early flight the next day, it was served on a cart and such a nice & relaxing experience enjoying the breakfast while looking out the window. Only suggestion would be to add some darker curtains to the windows so the light doesn’t wake us up so early in the morning.

The B&B is very charming. Laura is a wonderful host and the location is perfect. Only a short walk from the train station and is very easy to get to. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and prepared with care. Laura also provides many wonderful suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We really enjoy our trip to Venice and definitely would stay at the B&B again if we come back.

Absolute gem

Stayed for 2 nights as part of our tour of northern Italy. Have to say that if you stay at a weekend the traffic on the canal can be a little noisy, but it’s worth it. We stayed Sunday - Tuesday and Monday night was definitely quieter. The hosts are amazing, make you welcome and deliver breakfast to your room. The room is spotless and beautiful with an amazing view of the grand canal. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.
