This property was a palace built in the 15th century. It’s been retrofitted for modern use and is just lovely. The rooms have individual air conditioners that you control to the temp you prefer. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. It’s much larger than the usual European hotel room. The staff are very sweet and welcoming, they have coffee, juice and snacks 24/7 for guests in the lobby area, which also has a small library/reading room and breakfast nook. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, with lots of shopping and great restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

This was a very quiet property nestled in the heart of Venice. Great restaurant directly below! Does have A/C which isn’t at all hotels! Staff was friendly and very accommodating!

Lovely last minute reservation at this sweet hotel, original building from the 15th century! That gave me frisson! Clean, quiet, a/c, beautiful, very old wood beams in ceiling, tv, there's even a bidet in bathroom! Restaurant next door is fine. Convenient to San Marco Plaza and little shops. Bring eye cover if you like darkened room. Steps, no elevator, but the nice receptionist carried my bags up. Snacks and coffee in reception area all day. Loved it!

The location is good in terms of location, close to everything including San Marco Square. I would have given a better review but the AC wouldn't work consistently. After a long day of walking through the streets of Venice with the high humidity and heat it would have been nice to come to your room and cool off but unfortunately it would be even hotter inside than outside . The gentleman running the place tried his best to fix it but no luck. I had to get up several times throughout the evening to turn the AC back on cause it would just shut off for no reason. If you're a bigger person, im 6'5 , the shower will be pretty tight just be for warned . Other than the AC being the big issue our stay was pleasant. We felt safe and secure at this hotel

Couldn't have asked for a better location--easy walk to St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, shopping, and dining. The property manager, a life-long resident of Venice, was very pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated the "living room" space with lots of books and tourism info (as well as coffee, juice, and snacks). Room very comfortable and quiet.

I loved staying here! Very large rooms (for European standards). Hotel was very well located, comfortable, clean and the staff is extremely helpful. They had a table set up with water and coffee 24/7, which was nice. This hotel used to be a 15th century palace! I highly recommend.

Very cozy stay and the host was very kind and friendly! They had a nice lobby with snacks and coffee for all. Rooms were smaller than we expected but had modern facilities! There are steps to get to the apartment!

A Hidden Gem!

The folks operating this small hotel were so nice! The views out the windows aren't the best but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was well-situated for easy access to everything, and the proprietors have good suggestions for local restaurants. I would stay again!

Small and friendly in a great location

A warm and friendly welcome with some practical hints on where is good to eat and to avoid the crowds. Hotel is in a great location in centre of Venice and just 5 minutes walk from either St Marks or Rialto water taxis. The hotel is small (just 6-7 rooms) and the rooms are similarly compact but comfortable enough. We had 3 rooms and struggled a little with noise (thin doors) and the heat (no air conditioning working at that time). Would probably stay again.

The staff was very helpful and the inn is a cute and safe option for anyone visiting Venice. It is close to San Marco Square. A little tricky to find, but then again everything is. There are tiny streets weaving in and out so if you have a map you should be fine. Coffee and snacks are provided in the main room throughout the day. I believe there are six rooms total, so it is small yet cozy. Overall, I had a nice experience and recommend Ca' Del Nobile.

We received a very kind welcome and had no problem finding the place. Centrally located but not on a busy fairway so you get a chance to enter calmly. Coffee (nespresso) and biscuits are set out which is nice to have when you’ve just arrived. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
