Good location given the proximity to the train station and great value including breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, the elevator is different and slow, but it does work (the hotel has only 2 stories). The room is basic, but for sleeping sufficient.

It was very convenient for the airport and bus station, and water bus station. We chose to have small single rooms which were small but adequate, with a nice size bathroom. The hotel was an old building with charm, not modern and charmless. The breakfast was really nice.

I was looking for a cheap hotel in Venice, near to the bus station for the airport bus. This was a good choice. It is a very old building and my room was small with cheap furniture but it had a big ensuite bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Lots of negative reviews about the elevator but following the instructions, it was fine. I had to leave very early for a first flight out of the airport. I mentioned to the day receptionist, she passed the message to the evening staff, and one of them was ready for me as I left. I was also offered a takeaway breakfast. The location is super, right next to some vaporetto stops and 5 mins from the bus station.

The property is located 5-8 minutes walk from the Venice train station, very close to the boat transportation, property has a vintage feel and it is good, breakfast is good and the staff are nice and friendly

I did not like anything. The blankets were old fashioned, the place is very old. To use the elevator you need to keep the button pushed so you can go to the second floor and the elevator is really, really old and opened so you can see the walls while is going up. I do not book again at this place.

Elevators DID NOT WORK! Beware!

No TV's in the rooms and the elevator did not work. The elevator not working was the worst part! This was the only hotel in our 20day trip that we had to deal with elevators not working. We had to carry 4 large luggages up 3 floors. I specifically selected hotels with elevators because I did NOT want to do this. I would not stay here again.
