Beach front community on Venice Island. This unit is fully furnished and is located next to the large swimming pool.
You will be staying in a single story end unit studio that is larger than all efficiency units in our complex. The studio location is very private with entry directly to the pool that you can enjoy all day long. There is also a picnic table and BBQ grills right next to the unit. Venice Villas is a smoke free community, therefore, smoking is allowed in designated areas only which is strictly enforced. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit is subject to $500 fine. An entrance to the private beach is about 3 minute walk for most of the guests. If you enjoy peaceful morning walks along the shore and a glass of wine at sunset, then this place is for you.
The complex retains Florida Charm Of The Good Old Days. It is located between Sharky's fishing pier and Downtown Venice. Sharky's restaurant is a shoreline walk about a mile to the south. Downtown Venice is about a mile north.
Enjoy your favorite beverage while relaxing in the gazebo watching the amazing sunsets of the gulf coast.
You are in a very safe and quiet neighborhood within a short drive or walk to the historic downtown Venice where you find what you like: wonderful shops, art galleries, fine restaurants, theater and other venues for your pleasure. Local talented musicians throw free performances next to Venice beach all the time. You can also bring your lawn chair to the Centennial Park that offers many types of free concerts and other entertainment throughout the year. Venice is less than half an hour drive to Sarasota. You can also ride a bicycle to Sarasota via gorgeous Legacy Trail. For a first time booking a copy of photo IDs is required at the time of reservation.

Great Place!

Great get away!

Small But Good!

It’s a little place – – one room 300 square-foot condo, but it totally served the purpose! We come to Florida to be outside and to go do things, not to sit in a room. It’s a very safe location and a quick walk to the beach —what more could you ask for?? It’s not new and modern, but it’s very clean. A beautiful pool is outside your door!

Short walk to the beach

This condo was a great central location to enjoy the gulf coast. 2 minute walk past the other units in the complex to the beach. Conveniently beside the huge pool. Short drive to numerous beach areas to the south past Sharkeys Restaurant including Caspersen Beach. Walk to Sharkeys and the fishing pier there is doable along the beach. Short drive north to Casey Key, Siesta key and Sarasota. Short drive or bicycle to the Main Street of Venice with its shops and restaurant. We had everything we needed at Leon’s unit and he is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns. Lots of parking available and was very quiet. We were the only ones at the pool a few days and a handful of people stretched out along the beach all the way to the pier.

Leon was a great host!

We enjoyed our stay! The entire property was clean and just a very short walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained. This unit is in a small resort in a very quiet neighborhood that is about a mile from Sharky’s and in the other direction, a mile from the restaurants in town.

Everything was clean and ready to move-in. Distance to water was exactly as stated, any questions or issues were promptly answered. Neighbor fellow renters were mostly yearly repeaters- some for 15 or more years. This was our first experience with his town and VRBO, we will certainly use this resource again!

Relaxing Week

The stay was great. A very comfortable villa with a wonderful location. It was walking distance to the beach and had a nice pool right outside the door. We rented bikes and rode for shopping and dinner. Leon was an excellent host. He responded to questions in a timely manner and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
