Its a beatiful brand new hotel. My only negative comment is carpet in the room and public areas like dining room needs to be vacuum . Otherwise escellent property !

Staff laughed when I was bitten by multiple mosquitoes on check in at 3pm. Lobby area was infested in the day time with many guests complaining. The hot food elements of breakfast were very poor and tasteless and pastries stale. Parking cost the same as public car parks at an unbelievably expensive 29 Euro a day (58 Euro for 26 hours of parking and no discount at all for guests)

Ok hotel

Good location nearby parking. Easy walking to the “people mover” going to where you really want to be. Hotel staff was so, so - a bit on the rude side. Mosquitos in the room - not ok.

The stay was spoilt due to a smell of cooking coming into my room from the kitchen in the nights and in the early mornings. I was also woken up at about 4am by lots of heavy vehicle traffic passing by the hotel over a long period of time. The area is very industrial looking.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! The rooms are TINY. My inside cabin room on my cruise was bigger. The beds are FIRM. Walking distance (<5 minute walk to vaperretto (water taxi bus).

Generally a good clean modern facility with very limited lunch menu. Restaurant itself was good. Brekkie excellent. Vaparettos were sometimes confusing. Took us 2 days to figure out how to use the people mover.

Clean property. New structure. Mist of the service staff were professional. However it was disappointing that services were lacking: the tissue dispenser was empty after the first day of our 3 day stay. To our surprise it was not refilled the next day. In fact it was never refilled for the rest of my stay even though I notified the desk service personnel. The need to get their act together
