We had stayed in the Family Quadruple Room during our stay as the suite/classical apartment were booked at the time of our stay. The decoration in the room were lovely and the beds itself weren't so bad, but the sofa bed had absolutely no support in the middle which caused sleeping problems for half of our party. The hotel is on the smaller side (compared to American hotels), so you'll need to book a time slot for breakfast to ensure everyone fits. Everywhere in Venice is walkable but it might take you some time.

The hotel is on a very quiet steet and short walking distance -10 min to train station and 15 min to Realto bridge. A very nice guy at the checkin desk found a spare converter for charger for us as I only had a usb cable to charge the phone (no usb or in the room). The breakfast is a simple continental but still has a variety of delicious pastries. And the barista makes really great coffee included during breakfast. The room we had was spacious with very tall ceilings, so it was easy to breath all night. All the amenities are great. Beds are comfortable. On the last night we had someone checking in in a room above us and we could hear their steps but other that that, the room was super quiet and we loved it a lot.
