Previous reviews had me worried but this is a great hotel in an ideal location for travelling to Venice and further afield. Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. I could find no fault in the hotel.

There is no el. kettle in the room and nobody is at the front desk after 8pm. So, if you need a tea or caffee after 8pm, you should find it out of the hotel. My room's floor was covered with simple cement that was so dirty in some parts. The breakfast is so simple. In general, nothing special.

This hotel was 5 minute walk to the busline. A 12 minute walk to the train station. Not far from Venice. I would stay there again. The staff was friendly and helped in any way they could.

We were very disappointed with the room we stayed

The daughter of owner is friendly & helpful, even before we got there, however with only with bus information into Venice. That is where the great part ended. This place is convenient for public transport otherwise we were allocated very terrible room. Whereas most hotels we stayed in had more information about area and the cities/towns we stayed in, this place had no information, especially about Venice. The room was on the 3rd floor, elevator only goes to 2nd floor, carried our bags up the stairs, more like a prison room, no windows, needed paint, beds were not comfortable. So we decided to spend our time out of the room, touring.

great location for us. midway between the airport and the cruise terminal.staff was great, very helpful and friendly.Had a great breakfast. The chef is a great man also.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice recently remodeled hotel. Breakfast is nice also. Alessandra at front desk was very helpful. The only issue we had is we did not have internet in our room for almost the entire dutarion of our stay of 3 days. Works ok downstairs but not in our room on 2nd floor. I brought the issue up to staff multiple times and were told they will check on it but the internet still wasn't working when we left.

Great and affordable hotel in the surroundings of Venice, located around 400 meters from Mestre train station where you can take a train to Venice for a couple euros. Breakfast was very good, but the best part was the staff they were amazing with us! Great place to visit Venice!

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was modern, and appeared well maintained. The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes from Venice. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We arrived via the train, and the train station was approximately 10 minutes away in a cab. Customer service was good. They were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice bonus.

Budget hotel - great for visiting Venice

Lovely large sized room excellent breakfast - lots of choice easy bus trip (€1.50) into venice As a budget hotel, no great facilities, but when you spend the day in venice you don't need facilities - just a clean comfortable room

Really great location, just a few minutes walk to Venezia Mestre train Station. The rooms are big and really clean, washroom is really clean as well. The breakfast is really great! One of the best I have seen! They suggest to take the bus to Venice but I suggest the train. The bus is PACKED with people standing like sardines, hot and everyone is sweaty. The train cost €2.60 for 2 people and runs every 10min. And it has seating and air conditioning. The only thing about this hotel is that the beds are really not comfortable. There is hardly a layer of mattress between the springs, so you feel the springs all over and is is extremely hard.
