ロケーションが最高。リアルト橋にもサンマルコにも近く便利。部屋も清潔でアメニティも充実してました。エアコンも問題無かったです。 ただバスルームが暗いのとお湯の出があまりよく無かった…猛暑なので熱いお湯はいらなかったのでさほど気にならなかった。朝食が種類も多く美味しかった。

The bed was not comfortable at all. It felt like a jail mattress would feel. Hard with springs. Not a pillowtop mattress. Location is fine. Room was big. I just wished the bed was comfortable. I Wouldn’t stay here again due to that.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of shopping and dining in Venecia. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfortable with a really good Air Conditioner. Hotel has a very nice lobby area with bar/coffee, perfect to cool off or a pre dinner spritz.

Hotel needs remodeling. The lobby/reception area and the rooms have a terrible Decor! Problems with elevator. It does not do justice to call the hotel “Vella Venezia”!

Bella Venezia/ definitely never again!!!!!

We arrived in the evening and promptly checked in. Got routed to have dinner with the owner of the hotel at his restaurant that we didn’t attend. Climbed up to our closet/ room that I was completely shocked by when I opened the door. We set our Suitcases in the room and climbed back over them to run out and get dinner. When we returned I wanted to take a shower. After letting the water run for several minutes I gave up and got a cold shower that I couldn’t turn around in without opening the door. I am not overweight or a huge man about 5’11 and 215. My wife also took a shower the next morning with cold water keep in stumbling over the luggage we brought the entire stay. Miraculously the water was warm our last night there. The bed looked and felt like something out of little house on the prairie. We both have sore shoulders and backs from this place that should literally be condemned. All this for nearly $400 per night. They claim to be 4stars , if you are looking for 4 stars you should definitely look elsewhere. Where we come from this place wouldn’t compare with motel 6. Twice the square footage in a motel 6 or any other dive motel. The good… location is good and the breakfast is okay. The good doesn’t make up for the abuse the facility inflicts on the body.

Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back.

Our one-night stay was excellent. The hotel is situated on an easily accessed street between the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The rooms are air-conditioned and tastily decorated, and breakfast was quite enjoyable, with lots of fresh fruit, cold cuts, and breads of all sorts. Would come back again!

On arrival the staff were really helpful in a slightly stressful situation, as our travelling companions discovered a bag had been pick pocketed and passports had been taken. They offered us coffees and croissants, and then advice on where to find the police to report it. The hotel itself is lovely, very comfortable, clean and well situated for sightseeing in Venice. All staff have been attentive and helpful, would definitely recommend.
