Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The toilet area was very dark, and the shower room was extremely small. We stayed on the first floor and experienced frequent noise late at night and early in the morning from the street and the restaurant downstairs, with people talking loudly. There were also mosquitoes on many nights. Unfortunately, my child got several large bites on his face and ear, which made it difficult for him to sleep well.

Excellent location. A bit inconvenient that we had to carry luggage up the last flight of stairs as elevator does not go all the way to the top. I have bad wrists and cannot lift. Breakfast was great, but very crowded.

The location is perfect, the room small , the room look clean but smell dusty and old. The bathroom is big for Venice. Staff is very nice , the breakfast is good. The a/c in November does not work , because they put the heater instead of the ac. But after oct 15 that always happens in Europe they don’t use the A/C just the heater. This is our 3 time in Venice , every hotel we have stayed ,is always like that you have to open the window, however I will stay again in this hotel because of the location and price. The hotel rooms .need improvement. The elevator does not go to the 4 floor if you have mobility problems stay in the 3 floor. We stayed in 4 floor but it was fine for us. The location is perfect.

Spent two nights here with my husband and son. Great location but would likely not return to the hotel. There was nothing wrong with it, it was clean and affordable but it was quite basic. Beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t great, may be an Italy thing as our hotel in Florence had the same issue. Staff at the front wasn’t overly friendly either so there would be no draw to return.
