While we were only in Venice a short time our stay was everything we needed. From check-in to checkout, we couldn’t fault anything. The staff were very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was such a lovely way to start the day. Such a great location and would definitely recommend.

We stayed for two nights in rooms overlooking the grand canal. The hotel and rooms were really nice - modern and cleverly decorated. Checkin and out were great; friendly people, fast and easy. David from the lounge bar was exceptional with excellent energy. One of the servers at breakfast was not particularly pleasant which kind of took away the morning excitement at the start of the day and we had her both mornings. Other than that, the location was great and it was a great trip to Venice.

Lovely hotel in a great location

This hotel is in an ideal spot for a trip to Venice. The hotel itself is lovely and has a good breakfast offering each morning. Our room was really nice and enough space to settle in to each day. The staff are all very nice and helpful when you needed anything. They have a bar which have seats just outside the front of the hotel which allows you to watch the vaporetti go by. Location wise its within easy walking distance of the Rialto bridge and also of a ferry stop to and from the airport. Situated on the grand canal itself yet quiet enough to allow for a lovely nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Good location and great staff! Nice breakfast buffet with seating by windows that overlook the canal. There is a cute little terrace on the top floor that’s nice to relax and enjoy a drink. The only negative was that our room had black decor and with minimal lighting the room felt very dark. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!
