The property was nice, but no elevator and we had to carry luggage up 1.5 flights of steps. Also, there was limited toilet paper in the bathroom.
On the plus side, there was a fantastic restaurant right around the corner, and a great balcony view of the street below!

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Location is great and thats probably the only thing about this place. Since we were visiting in rainy season, we needed to shower daily but there wasnt enough hot water for 2 people at a time. So keep your showers short.
The hotel did not place us in the main location but in some apartments situated in the alleyway. The interior entrance light didn't work when we would enter the main staircase (usually after dark) so we would have to use our phone lights to get to the 2nd floor.
The room are damp and both my fiance and I used to wake up with itching arms and legs so the covers were definitely never washed or worse.
What was worse was that on the day of checkout, while we were in bed was that the door was unlocked at 9.30am. I kept yelling that hey, we are inside but the person on the outside still opened it. He apologized and left but that left a nasty taste in our mouth.
We didn’t have breakfast there.
Overall Venice is great but there might be a better place for the value you pay!
Bathroom was smelly. The room also has a smell.
Room looked old and dirty.
Horrible bed, too hard .
The positive was the location , 4 min walking to the water bus station .
There is no elevator at this hotel. All rooms are on 2nd floor or higher -and no one to help With bags. The room was not clean. The towels were not refreshed each day. The staff was rude. Do not recommend.

Nice Location in Venice
Quaint little hotel but very demanding to bring luggage up to upper floors as there is no elevator and only 2.5 feet wide. Friendly staff and great location, however. Bed was hard and view was of an alley, not of the canal as depicted in some photos. Would stay again but with reduced expectations.
Worth it, great location, you get what you pay for…Walking distance to almost everything which makes it a great value. However, the bed is not comfortable and the power outlets are hidden or blocked

Nice location, just a few minutes to Ponte dei Sospiri and Piazza San Marco 😊
Breakfast area very tinny, walls with tapestry not ok. I paid extra for partial view to the canal and there were no view; all lights in the room did not work.
Do yourself a favor , please book any other property …. Nasty room , worse customer service from front desk staff , room full of mold on the walls .
TV and internet non existent. !!!!
Save the headaches and your health .
NOT worth it at ALL .
Great location - airport transport and major sites
Great value room in an excellent location. As with many Venetian hotels, it didnt have a lift so a flight or two with luggage was necessary. As I took the Alilaguna lines Blue water taxi from the airport, it was especially easy from San Zaccharia stop with only one canal crossing (with suitcase) ! Room was a good size and clean. Bed was quite hard but I slept well.
No one was there when we arrived. Had to stand around in the cold. Room was filthy and full of mold. Bed was made of stone and spikes. Room temp was 99 and window would not stay open. Also - screaming.
Clients should be warned of having to climb stairs to the third floor especially when said clients are 80 years old. Also, I had to fix the toilet seat, ask for cups for water, and wait for a while for the desk clerk to return so I could get the key to my room.
