Staff very friendly, room comfortable with much needed air con. Breakfast good, enough not great options but kept us going. Location Excellent. The pic on website overlooking canal is misleading as it doesn’t, but this is a great little hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable right in the middle of Venice. Definitely be back.

Disappointed

The property was very rundown. Our plug in the bathroom was busted, the shower door would not close leaving an inch gap and the shower was full of mold. The furniture was well used but functional. Another thing that completely ruined the stay was when we were leaving, carrying our bags down the stairs dodging full trash bags all the way down. Also, the picture showing a balcony overlooking a canal is very misleading!! We would not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is not what you expect based on what is shown in pictures. It did feel as if we were "catfished" but we stayed because the 1 staff member was really nice and we were only going to be there for 1 night. However, this is not an up to date place. There is no view to a canal as this is not bear one. In fact, our window view was to a very small alley. I could touch the next bulding. The place is small, very antique feel but not in a good way and haunting almost. The AC or air was not working. It was stuffy. The bed was not comfortable. It was unfortunate but we made the best of it.

The walk from the bus station was a little convoluted, but we made it😉 Staff was extremely helpful with directions, and breakfast had a nice variety of food choices. The restaurant directly next door had excellent food & service. Would definitely stay again*****

We were very happy with our stay here while we in Venice. The suite was spacious for our family of four. We even had two full bathrooms, which I was not expecting! The breakfast service was lovely and the location is great. The only negative was the beds. I would say the property is overdue for new mattresses.

Lovely small hotel in Venice. 20 min walk from the train station and 20 min from San Marco Square. Very pretty room and very nice breakfast. The staff was very nice!

Great hotel, huge comfortable bed, enormous room and excellent location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'm gluten free and thought I would struggle in Venice, but all the snacks provided in the mini bar were gluten free, and there was a whole separate gluten free section at breakfast. We had a late flight and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage there after checkout until mid afternoon. Loved this hotel and would definitely go back and also recommend it to friends

I don’t think anything is convenient in Venice, but at least this location is not that far from the train station. I really like the area, it was quiet, but yet close to a lot of cafés and restaurants. It was comfortable, and the breakfast included was a nice touch the receptionist was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

What a great Hotel in an amazing area close to everything you could need. Both reception staff we encountered were amazing , friendly and polite. A great breakfast selection that sets you up for the day. Clean rooms with a huge bed and smart TV in room aswell. Amazing value for such a great central location in the middle of Venice. Couldnt have asked for more. We will be back
