This modern and spacious 75 sq.mt apartment is located on the first floor of a restored period building but without a lift. The district also called sestiere is that of Santa Croce, very close you can find the famous church of the Frari, the delightful Campo San Giacomo and the important school of San Giovanni evangelista and school of San Rocco. At the same time you can easily reach Campo Santa Margherita, Rialto and Strada Nuova from your accommodation because the location is strategic.
The apartment has a large living room with relaxation corner and sofa bed, large and comfortable open kitchen with dining area, perfectly equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, two nice bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (joinable for a double), two bathrooms with walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely accurate and finished in detail, you will feel just like you are at home!
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (3 split), TV, baby cot for a fee on request, independent heating.

Other things to highlight
All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid locally in cash 4 € per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, boys 10-16 years have a 50% tax reduction.

Please note that the check-in time must always be agreed directly with the structure and there is a supplement as follows: from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 euros, from 22:00 to 24:00> > 60 euros
