What a fabulous place! Everything about it was great. The location is just off the tourist centre of Venice, nice local vibe and still walkable to all attractions. The communication has been great throughout, the team were so helpful. The apartment itself was so new, immaculate clean and functional, it has everything you possibly need and is well designed. We would be 100% returning!

This place was wonderful and I wish it was longer. The apartments were modern in design, and immaculately clean. Lovely view of the canal outside our window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of cute additions were left in the apartment to make us feel special. Great locality, very neat to the train and bus stations. Wonderful stay and we hope to return!

Really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room with a separate living room/kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, the towels were large and luxurious. The staff was helpful and stored our luggage for a couple hours after check out. Would love to stay here again.

A very cute place for our family of 5. It was a 15 minute walk from the station and 25 minutes to the main square. Everything was clean and the area was quiet. There was also a complementary bottle of wine and coffee in the room for us to enjoy.

This hotel is amazing. Clearly very recently renovated and has all updated modern features and beautiful design choices! Check in was easy and the staff were incredibly helpful after a long day of travel and went above and beyond to assure we had a water taxi to deliver us directly to the hotel dock! They also allow you to store your luggage for free after check out which is a huge bonus! Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Venice!

Everything was bright, clean and new in the unit. Comfortable beds, easy check-in. The best thing was the exceptional location, near many amazing restaurants and about 10-15 minute walk to the train station, as well as Ca'Rezzonica, where you can pick up the Vaporretta to San Marcos square. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Palazzo dei Guardiani as one of the best value lodging in Venice.

An amazing stay in Venice

This property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. The property is within walking distance to a small grocery store, a larger one is about 0 minutes away walking. You can get to all of the major sites within a 20 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and above all the apartment was spotless,

The concierge team was so helpful prior to our arrival and arranged a private taxi to bring us from the train station to our lodging. The property appears recently renovated and the apartment was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lovely amenities included in the bathroom, and the bedroom was perfect. It is a longer walk to the main areas of interest, but we enjoyed staying away from the larger crowds and taking in some more local culture, dining, etc. Many places within walking distance to dine or go have a drink or just watch the boats go by. Overall we highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We loved staying at this aparthotel. The facilities in the room were excellent (laundry, drying rack and kitchen). It was in a nice quiet location which was very easy to get to from the bus station. There was a lot of room in the apartment. Everything was new and clean. The concierge were polite and helpful. They even had room slippers in the room and umbrellas to borrow in the rain. We wish we could have stayed longer.
