Property was beautiful, spacious and upgraded. Easily walkable from water taxi port and central to restaurants, shopping and gondola access. Minutes to Doge's palace, st Mark's and multiple gelato shops.

FANTASTIC property! Hands down the most luxurious place to stay in Venice. Clean, modern, spacious, electric shower, kitchen, laundry, closet space, kitchen utensils, coffee, dishwasher, fridge, amazing overall!! Paula & Valentina are wonderful! Thank you for an incredible stay!

I would rate this property five stars. It's a beautiful apartment, very spacious and first class all the way! This was the best place we have stayed in our travels so far, including london, paris, amsterdam, Switzerland. The host, Paolo was wonderful! Just a great stay!

Residenza Ducato is located in the heart of Venice, but located in a very quiet area. We were thankful that we didn't have to tow our luggage too far from the water taxi drop off location. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. They provide you with a welcome packet at check-in that lists some great places to eat, drink, and relax. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is center of all attractions and walking distance to St Mark and Rialto bridge. It is center but the place is quiet. The AC just need to upgrade and need services. Eventhough it is working but i felt it is not cold enough. The place is clean and modern. The only thing i dislike is the key to entrance to the property. It is a little challenge to open the doors. Otherwise it is nice place.

The people were so helpful and the room was large and had everything we needed, incredible location with easy transport from the train station to the Rialto stop, then a short walk to the hotel without any stairs. If we go to Venice again, will definitely rebook

The property is very nice and clean and the staff was lovely. Unfortunately, the room was right next to a restaurant so there was noise late at night and in the early mornings when they were prepping before they would open. Also, at the bottom of the stairs to the place the hotel has rooms where they store the linens so you constantly hear the door slamming all hours of the day. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work very well so it was hot at night.

Convenient chic

Great location. Everything seems to be 15 mins walk away! Lovely design in the apartment. Well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook, but why would you when you can try one of the great recommendations from the owners.

The property is well cared for and extremely comfortable. Valentina was awesome. She helped us get in a bit early as we had an overnight flight in and were beat. She helped us find places we were interested in and helped us navigate as we had a wheelchair with us so trips with less bridges to navigate was easier. I can't recommend this place and Valentina

I truly enjoyed my stay at the residenza Ducato! The room was spacious, beautiful, clean and well kept! It was located close to everything!! The staff Paola and Valentina were wonderful and very helpful with everything! I recommend staying there and I am looking forward to future stay as well!

We stayed in Room 21 for 3 nights and it was a great base for exploring Venice. The property is minutes away from St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge but feels secluded and peaceful. The apartment itself is great - very spacious and well-equipped, including stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-bar fridge. The mattress was on the firm side though. The bathroom was also very spacious with double sinks and a large rain shower. The reception is only staffed during the day and the front entrance is locked after hours, but we contacted the property by email to inform them that we were arriving late at night, and they were happy to provide us with a digital key (via an app) to access the property and pick up the room key from the reception desk. The two women who were at the reception on different days were both very kind and happily attended to all our requests, including to borrow plug adapters and to have a later check-out (since no one was booked in our room the following day).

Amazing stay in a beautiful city

Amazing apartment in a great location. V clean and tidy. Valentina was very helpful with tips and suggestions. Highly recommended. If I had to gripe about anything it would be that mosquitoes were too abundant but not sure they could have done anything about that.

Amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Venice, enhanced by the beautiful apartment and in particular, by the reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, welcoming, full of local knowledge of restaurants and the top places to visit, and the icing on the cake was the gift of croissants from a local bakery on two of the mornings we were there which were very much appreciated! I couldn’t recommend these apartments more highly!

This property, while nice, was unfortunately awful. I reserved the room because my friend and I decided to stay in Venice last minute. The property seemed nice, so I booked. Once we got in the room, it was nothing like the pictures showed. The room was supposed to have a bed and a sleeper couch which I pointed out to the girl who helped us. However, she said that was the only room left. My friend is 6’3 and roll up bed that they brought in was smaller than him so he was uncomfortable all night. I, on the other hand, had a great bed but the sewer smell in the room was so awful and kept me up all night. I had to open the window to be able to get some shut eye. I messaged the hotel but no one got back to me. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I paid to be cold all night in a room that smelled like sewer and gave me the worst headache.
