Quant hotel, great location and staff is amazing.

Quaint hotel, staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location is amazing the minutes from Rialto water shuttle stop and great views of the bridge.

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were always friendly, attentive and ready to help, which really made us feel welcome. Our room (303) was on the smaller side but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. It had a street view rather than the canal, which actually turned out to be a great advantage since it was quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was a nice surprise, good quality pastries, fresh coffee and enough variety to start the day. Overall, it’s a cosy hotel with excellent service, ideal for a short stay in Venice.

Venice trip

Great location and staff really friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Clean and comfortable, our room was a little compact but served its purpose. Only thing lacking is their is no bar where you can stay and have a drink although plenty outside. Photo below is from the Rialto bridge and hotel is on the right hand side were the flags are on the second floor.

The hotel itself was fine; however; the check in staff lied to my face and made up a law to charge us an extra 70 euro (130 aud). later i checked this law about children staying in the bedroom was false. however the hotel would not refund the additional charge.
