Great Place to Stay

Spent 4 nights at this apartment and would definately stay here again. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. Air conditioning works really well. Michele was very helpful and is a great host.

Perfect location, easy to access

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked to prepare light meals. The location is very near the train station,valporetta stop and easy access to grocery market, pizza and pastry shops

Helpful owner, clean and well located apartment close to central station and the main tourist areas

We were met at the train station and escorted to the apartment. Michele introduced the apartment and explained all we needed to know plus many more helpful hints and suggestions for our Venice stay. He and his family live in the neighbourhood so he knows it well. Apartment is right on the canal and we could hear and watch the boats and really feel a part of this beautiful city. Apartment was very clean, great size for the two of us and well equipped for all our needs. Foods for breakfast a special treat to save us shopping immediately. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home for couples staying in Venice.

Perfect

Stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Most of all the owners were amazing. They had great communication, helped us with transportation, met us at the station and spent a lot of time with a map of the city making recommendations which turned out to be awesome. Can't recommend them or their apartment enough.

Directions

Aucune direction reçu du propriétaire, seulement l'adresse et le code pour entrer. L'adresse n'était pas facile à trouver car les adresses montaient, et on ne trouvait pas le 742 de la rue Sestiere Santa Croce. Il fallait aller jusqu'au bout pour réaliser que les adresses redescendaient. Au 742, la porte d'entrée est noire et non éclairée, clavier noir difficile à voir dans la noirceur. Une fois le code entrée, un couloir avec plusieurs portes. Après 10 minutes de recherches, on a vu qu'il y avait un ruban qui dépassait d'une boîte à courrier. Le nom de Basso était inscrit sur la boîte. On a récupéré la clé avec un ruban. Aucune indication dans la boîte à courrier pour savoir quelle des portes au rez-de-chaussée était la bonne. On a essayé la clé dans toutes les portes au rez-de-chaussée sans succès. Une des portes était débarrée. Nous avons essayé la clé dans les 12 portes des 4 étages. La dernière porte au 4ième étage était la bonne porte. Le rez-de-chaussée ainsi que les passages dans les étages n'étaient pas propre. C'est inacceptable de la part du propriétaire de ne pas fournir des directives claires et précises pour accéder à l'appartement. En plus, il a fallu que j'appelle le propriétaire car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Après des instructions du propriétaire qui n'était pas fructueuse, j'ai trouvé moi-même sans l'aide du propriétaire que 3 interrupteurs au mur était à OFF. J'ai mis les interrupteurs à ON, et le système d'eau chaude s'est mis à démarrer.

Molto accogliente e pulita ,ad un passo dalla stazione e dal supermercato. Tutti i siti principali di Venezia sono raggiungibili in poco tempo. Michele è molto simpatico e disponibile.
