Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again.

The hotel was clean and situated centrally. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean withe nice interiors. The bakery next door was nice offering a range of food items. The sitting space near reception was good for having food and sitting in the evening with friends. 10/10 I would visit again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Clean and cozy in a great location. Just a few minutes from San Marco Square, the Basilica, and the Doge's palace, this was the perfect place to stay for a first time visit to Venice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Really easy to use the vaporetto to get to and from the train station using the Rialto stop.

My husband and I arrived late and was greeted by our friendly reception. He helped us get in our room which was clean and spacious. It had the BEST bed to sleep on and this is a must specially for travelers. We love we got a discount with the bakery attached to it. The sandwiches and coffee were great. For me, I love the hot chocolate. Service is top notch! This hotel is located in a good place near shopping and different restaurants. You can take the Rialto or San Marco vaporetto stop and walk for 5-7 mins. I highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable room with great bathroom and shower. Very clean and well maintained each date. Amazing cafe on the ground floor. Friendly service. I arranged my transfers and some tours with the concierge and everything was perfect. We will stay there again the next time we will be in Venice.

The room was very small which I expect for Europe. Consistent smell of sewage and deliveries started at 5AM every morning. As loud as it was, I might as well gone down and helped them unload. Way overpriced for what we got.
