The apartment is in a great location and the staff was responsive with our questions. The property itself is not great. The AC wasn’t working well and it was hot in early June. There were mosquitoes inside the apartment and my kids were bit throughout the stay. The bathrooms are very small. I am a petite person and I felt cramped in the shower. Lastly there is a skylight in the main bedroom and sunlight poured into the room as early as 5 am. So pack a sleeping mask if you want to sleep past 6 am.

We had a very pleasant stay. It was nice to have the option to store our bags beforehand and the apartment itself was very clean, had spacious bathrooms, and had a great view of the canals.

This is one of the best place we visited to Italy, we just had one night but due to very convenient location, we could really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was clean, very approachable owner/staff members! We highly recommend San Vio Palace if you are staying in venice for a short trip.

The apartment provided good quality unfussy accommodation. The immediate local area is quiet and picturesque with good cultural interest (basilica, churches, art gallery and museum) local daily facilities (convenience food shop, bars and restaurants) plus transport links (boat service to airport and regular water buses to many stops and gondola ferry). Cleaning staff were attentive and friendly and communications to the remote checkin desk were clear and efficient. The water pressure in the showers was only fair, the beds comfy, the garden was delightful but a cosy lamp in the living room and a deep sofa to enjoy after exhausting days of sightseeing would have been so welcome. The selection of jams, teas, toasts and coffee were a nice touch. Thank you

Are stay was from March 12-15. The beds were comfortable and we had a full kitchen even though we did not really use it. They had complementary jams n crackers/bread. It was a nice two bedroom two bath apartment. I would stay there again

It was an modern updated unit with the antique details of the original construction, not only a hotel room, you can cook in the place. Has 2 rooms and a sofa that can be used as a bed. Convenient location.

Overall the place is beautiful clean and well located in a more quiet area which was perfect . The room is beautiful and spacious, they offer snacks coffee , full kitchen and beautiful garden in the back . Make sure you take a water taxi to get to the property. Waking from the parking area is a good 15 mins walk and with luggage makes it hard , also make sure you pay the fees before arriving , they wouldn’t give us the code of the door unless it was done but they send it a day before ( my fault I didn’t do it ) . I would definitely stay there again
