Host has excellent communication! Any questions or suggestions he will get right back to you. In fact we messaged there should be more chairs on the balcony and a table would be nice to eat out there and he ordered one and hired someone to put it together. Home is spacious and very comfortable beds. In fact our guests said it was the best sleep they had in a long time! The guest bedrooms are on the other side with an entry hallway for extra privacy and a good size bathroom. The Master is huge with plenty of extra room with huge double walk in closets and a great master bath with plenty of counter space and a great walk in shower. We loved the balcony area being out there for our morning coffee and evening meals and afternoon cocktails. The pool and hot tub are a few minutes drive or a decent walk. We used both on a daily basis. There is a tiki bar there with fabulous food. We loved everything we tried. Downtown Wellen Park is about 15 minutes drive away and has a great farmers market Sunday mornings with music which was nice to sit and listen to. There are restaurants and shops there too. The Braves spring training is just a short drive to catch a spring training game. Publix grocery is 15 minutes away with more restaurants including a great Chinese takeout. There is also a hair salon and a nail salon both I highly recommend. There is a very nice golf course too. If you’re planning on a month or more stay this is the place to be!
