The accommodation price includes essential services for a comfortable stay: coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing detergent, bed linen, blankets and a set of 3 clean towels per person in different sizes.
Free parking is available and is especially convenient for guests traveling by car.
At check-in, all guests are required to present a valid ID document, as required by current regulations.
The city tax is €4 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights, and must be paid on the day of arrival in cash.
The apartment is prepared according to the exact number of guests indicated in the reservation. Any additional beds must be requested in advance and are subject to a €15 per night surcharge.
On certain dates, access to Venice may require an entry fee. Guests staying overnight must request the exemption using the apartment address; the procedure is simple and the fee applies only to day visitors.
