Through the large entrance you access the staircase that leads to the third floor of the building.
The apartment consists of a first level with a central room around which the bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a large complete bathroom open. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where we find a bathroom and a second bedroom served by a walk-in closet and a terrace overlooking the canal below, part of the field and the church of Santa Maria del Giglio and with a glimpse of the Fenice theatre. The design style is clean, thanks to the warmth of the parquet wood and the soft tones of the white and cream colored furniture.
