Beautifully renovated property and contemporary design. All staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was tasty and complete. 2mins walk from train station and easily walkable to all major attractions.

Great hotel, great service , great location!

Great hotel, clean , modern and has a spacious garden at the back with seatings, the best part being its a 3 min walk from the station, we stayed in 2 bedrooms.

Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend.
Added bed for teen was qualitative unlike other sofa beds

Excellent hotel! Superb location, very attentive staff, extremely clean and super close to the train station. A real gem of a hotel with contemporary outfittings. Smallish bar and nice breakfast area. Don’t overlook the landscaped park in the back.

Venezia senza pensieri

Hotel con le caratteristiche, dalle le sue stelle, ma non va al risparmio, benvenuto con il frigo pieno di snack, caffè e te gratuito, ciabatte di cortesia, il personale molto alla mano, senza nessuna scocciatura, se si chiede il cappuccino chiaro se arriva al top.
